Fundraising is an important part of a campaign, and candidates often find they spend a lot of time on the phone and at events trying to raise money and form relationships with donors. Join us for this nonpartisan workshop, as we learn more about fundraising from Kimberly Peeler-Allen, co-founder of Higher Heights and a visiting practitioner at the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University. In her career, Ms. Peeler-Allen has worked closely with elected officials, candidates, and organizations to strengthen their fundraising, with an end goal to increase the diversity of our elected bodies. She also serves as co-chair of Higher Heights for America PAC.
