Dallas County Republican Party - Resolutions Committee Meeting.  The first hour of the meeting is open to precinct chairs.  Anyone wishing to speak from the floor must be recognized by the chairman. The meeting will go into executive session for discussion at approximately 3:00 pm with only Resolution Committee members.
