Candidate Statement:
Being a justice of the peace has long been one of my goals. Now that the time is right, I am running for Justice of the Peace precinct 3 place 1. Both as a temporary justice of the peace and municipal judge, I have always made decisions based on fairness and according to the law. I plan to continue this practice if elected and I seek your vote to help me accomplish this.

Biography:
I arrived in Dallas in July of 1995 after completing my medical training. Initially living in the downtown area, I bought a home and settled in Lakewood in 1996 and have resided there ever since.

I have worked as a neurointensivist caring for a variety of patients with serious neurologic illnesses such as stroke, brain tumors, and seizures in one of Dallas’s major hospitals since 1995. While practicing, I attended SMU Law School part-time and received two law degrees and also obtained a law license.

A few years later, I became interested in the judiciary and in 2010 began serving as a temporary justice of the peace in Dallas County and continue to do so. In 2016, I received an appointment as an alternate municipal judge in the City of Cedar Hill.
