SUMMARY:Richardson Republican Women May Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Topic: Protecting our U.S. Constitution from Sharia Law\, Preserving Judeo-Christian values\, and American Family values.Guest speaker: Barbara Isaacs \nBarbara Isaacs\, a Christian Patriot\, retired business owner and a local North Texas grassroots activist. \nIn 2025 Barbara received the Volunteer of the Year Award for SD8\, From Governor Abbott\, Lt. Gov. Patrick and the Texas GOP.  \nOn\, September 11\, 2001 she was shocked and awakened that something did not seem right with America under attack.  \nBarbara became active with many grassroots efforts primarily focusing on election integrity.  As a team leader with Texas First\, she assisted in organizing a 2023 legislative briefing at the Texas state capital which included several cyber experts to discuss findings of hacked election machines.  \nThe first day of AG Paxton’s impeachment trial she organized  a prayer team bus to support Paxton at his trial.  \nAlso\, during the 88th and 89th legislative sessions she assisted in organizing many other statewide bus trips to the capital to support the Texas GOP’s top platform agendas and to support President Trump’s vision for America.  \n Locally in Collin County\, Barbara sought conservative candidates to run for city council seats in both Fairview and Blue Ridge.  Her efforts included hosting the first ever live streamed and in-person candidate event in Blue Ridge\, Texas.  She was successful in seating three new city councilmen in Fairview and Blue Ridge.    \n It was reported in\, 2025 that Blue Ridge had the highest voter turnout in history\, with a 300 % increase in voters. The city of Blue Ridge thanked Barbara for her hard work and community outreach. \n  In 2023\, Barbara became aware of the Islamic expansion in Texas.
