Biden Limits Offshore Energy Production

In a case of highly-questionable timing and incredibly bad policy, Joe thinks it is a good time to limit offshore energy production.

Biden's War On Energy Production Goes Offshore

On Friday, July 1, 2022, the Biden administration released the "2023–2028 National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Proposed Program." This is the administration's proposed program for offshore drilling between 2023 and 2028.

It would ban exploration off the Atlantic and Pacific coasts. But it leaves open the possibility for new drilling in parts of the Gulf of Mexico and off the coast of Alaska.

Democrat activists are disappointed that the proposed program falls short of Biden’s campaign promise to end federal fossil fuel leasing for good.

If you don't know, the Democrats are implementing the Green New Deal. The only problem is that renewables can't handle the load requirements or provide reliability. The result is $5.00 - $6.00 gas at the pump and rolling blackouts on our electrical grid.
