2024 Republican Primary In Dallas County

Only 12 Days Remaining Until the Deadline for the

2024 Republican Primary

While Election Day Voting for the Primary isn't until March 5th, our DCED-imposed deadline for submitting all DCRP Party Assignments for Election Day Judges is by the close of business, on Tuesday, January 9, 2023.

I you have not yet re-committed for working Election Day Voting, please do so now. We have already received a large number of re-commitment forms so far but we need to get the rest in A.S.A.P.

If you are a first-time applicant having only recently submitted your application in the last few weeks to be an Election Judge, you do NOT need to submit a re-commitment form. You new application is sufficient. However, if you have worked previous elections, please complete and submit the re-commitment form at the red button shown below. We are required to ask for re-commitment for every election.

If you previously worked in a specific Voting Center and we don't hear from from you to re-commit to the Primary, we must begin assigning another Judge to the location in the coming week in order to meet the January 9th deadline. So, if you have not yet submitted the re-commitment form, please do so now.

This will be a "Joint Primary" and we must provide a large number of Co-Judges for this important vote; the kickoff for the Presidential election cycle in Texas.

Dallas County Republican Party Needs YOU !!

Please note that all of our Election Judges for Early Voting in the Republican Primary have already been submitted. We're now only making assignments for Election Day voting.

In total, we will need 465 Republican CO-JUDGES to serve alongside 1 or 2 Republican clerks in every voting location all across Dallas County. We need your help to ensure that Republican Elections Officers are present in EVERY VOTING CENTER in Dallas County!

If you are presently a qualified Judge, we can assign you to a location at which you've previously served or in your zip code, if possible.  Co-Judges will be paid $20/hour and are required to be in the Voting Center with the other Party election workers at all times.   If you need clerks  we can help you by supplying names and phone numbers for the Clerks in our pool.

If you are presently a qualified Alternate Judge or an Election Clerk, we are asking you step up to be trained to be comfortable serving as a Co-Judge in the Primary. Please note that in the Primary, there will be no Alternate Judge assignments, All Election Judges must serve in the Co-Judges position. This is unique to any Joint Primaries and we will revert to the usual Presiding Judge/Alternate Judge structure in the November General Election.

DCRP trainings will begin in January and will be REQUIRED by the Dallas County Republican Party in ADDITION to the required training by Dallas County Elections Department.  We teach from a Republican viewpoint to be our eyes and ears on the ground and how to recognize voter fraud and all other abnormalities that might occur in the voting centers!  Training will also include the process of how to report your observations. You need this information to be successful!

Please respond by clicking on one of the two red buttons shown here at your earliest convenience and complete the short Re-Commitment Form. It will just take a minute or two.

While the DCRP Headquarters Office will be closed over the holidays, myself and the others on the Election Worker team will be working on Judges assignments all during the holiday, IIf at all possible, please get your Re-Commitment Form submitted this week.

Thanks,
