Speaker: Senator Bob Hall – Interim Legislative Update Bob Hall was first elected to the Texas Senate in 2014 serving District 2, which covers all of Kaufman, Navarro, Rockwall, and Van Zandt counties, and parts of Dallas, Collin, and Ellis counties.  Hall serves as the Chair of the Senate Committee on Administration and an influential voting member on the Senate Committee of Finance, Health and Human Services, State Affairs and Veterans Affairs.
