Fellow CEC Members and Grassroots Leaders,

Thank you for your continued service, leadership, and commitment to our party – especially during a time when your role matters more than ever.

Following our recent CEC meeting and the passage of the resolutions, I want to take a moment to ensure we are aligned and moving forward together with clarity and purpose.

As directed by the CEC, formal communication has been sent to the appropriate parties reaffirming our position. Our Election Oversight Committee is actively working through next steps, and I want to assure you that this process is being handled with care, diligence, and a shared commitment to ensuring a free, fair, and transparent election.

We recognize that this process is complex and, at times, can feel challenging. At the same time, it is a reflection of a body that is engaged and deeply committed to getting this right. Please know that every effort is being made to move forward in a manner consistent with the Texas Election Code, our bylaws, and the will of the body.

Most importantly, we all share the same goal: to run a successful election and to support our candidates and communities.

Regardless of the final structure – whether precinct-based voting or countywide – we must be prepared to serve. That means ensuring we are fully staffed, organized, and ready to execute together.

Now is the time to stay focused on what unites us:

• Supporting our candidates
• Engaging and mobilizing volunteers
• Driving turnout and getting out the vote

Our strength has always come from our grassroots – from each of you stepping up to lead in your precincts and communities. That leadership is what carries us forward.

There are strong perspectives on these issues, and that reflects how much people care. As we move ahead, let’s continue to extend grace to one another, communicate openly, and stay focused on our shared mission.

We will continue to keep the CEC informed as updates become available.
