With so much SPAM in the e-mail streams today, many consumer-grade e-mail services and products are getting very aggressive with their filtering. This produces a lot of false positives where good e-mail is filtered.

Business-class e-mail is less prone to the problem but it still exists albeit with fewer false positives.

The resulting blocks can prevent you from seeing our e-mail.

There are a few best practices that you can use to alleviate or eliminate this problem:

  1. Mark all mail from our domain as a “safe sender.” Most e-mail readers provide this feature, and it will tell your SPAM filters to allow our e-mail to pass through to your inbox.
  2. Set up a “Contact” for our domain in your e-mail reader. This provides another signal to your SPAM filter that you know us and allow our e-mail to pass through.
  3. Occasionally check your SPAM folder to make sure our e-mail isn’t being filtered.
