Statewide Votes On the Texas Supreme Court Are Still Being Counted

The Texas Supreme Court, the state’s highest civil court, has nine justices, with three seats up for election in 2022. All Justices are elected statewide. Currently, only about 57% of the estimated vote has been counted. Republicans lead all three races but no official call for any of the races has been made yet.
