The only complaints that have come into the Elections Integrity Committee from the Hot Line war-room ops are from mostly Democrat Election Judges that don't understand the law or actively usurping it and are complaining about watchers doing exactly what the code provides for them to do. The previous mindset in Dallas County was that the Democrats could generally do whatever they chose with little or no fear of retaliation or retribution.

The vast majority of Voting Centers in Dallas County are reporting wait times of 0-15 minutes. The Voting Centers reporting wait time of over 30 minutes have all improved.
Read MoreOperations at the DCED Central Counting Station continue today counting the write-in votes that could not be computer processed. Each county station is staffed by two Election Clerks composed of one Republican and one Democrat who together count each ballot. DCRP has a full complement of Poll Watchers observing the count.
