Voting Centers Needing
Republican Alternate Judge

We could use your help for staffing Election Day Voting Centers as a Republican Co-Judge or Clerk. The list below shows all currently open assignments.  There may be one in YOUR neighborhood!

Upcoming are the following THREE Elections:

Saturday, May 7 is the VERY important School Board Elections in every School Board in Dallas County.  We revert to the Presiding Judge/Alternate Judge.

Using the traditional terminology, of a general election, you are currently the Alternate Judge in your Voting Center and are the highest-ranking Republican Election Officer that will be present.

Tuesday, May 24 For the upcoming Joint Primary Runoff, using the new terminology, we are asking you to become the Republican Co-Judge for your Voting Center.  As Co-Judge, you will be tasked with returning the "B" thumb drive to the Dallas County Elections Department's Distribution Center.  Based on prior turnout you will be tasked with hiring 1-3 Election Clerks to help you in your voting location.  If you need help recruiting clerks please contact elections@dallasgop.org with your name and Voting Center number, and in what zip code it is located.  We will send you clerks who reside within your assigned location zip code.  You will need to contact these clerks and get their VUID# and contact info.  Biggest requirement is that they are a registered voter in Dallas County and if at all possible a Republican with a Republican voting history.  You will need to send their information to the Dallas County Elections Department.

June 18:  If there are any City Council runoffs across the County, they will be decided on Saturday, June 18.  This election reverts back to the Presiding Judge/Alternate Judge.

****If you have already filed an Election Worker form with us, you DO NOT have to submit another one. Simply click here to use the "Contact Us" (or use the letter icon on the right side of the page) to let us know which Voting Center where you wish to serve. We will look up your application form and contact you.
